If you haven’t tried it you should. You can just feel it working. I use the 8 oz. glass of water with 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar with natural honey to sweeten it. I use it as needed for Urinary Tract infection and other bladder problems. It works everytime. Plus, it is much cheaper than a doctors visit-when you are ignored of your bladder issues anyway as if they didn’t exist. Our healthcare system is failing us by not giving us the information we need on natural remedies for our health.

Braggs is the only apple cider vinegar that I will buy….I love the stuff. Well not the taste but it does wonders if you follow the suggested daily serving on the side, for weight loss and many other things. I also use it for digestion aide and to control blood sugar.

I would strongly recommend this product.

When my research showed that taking apple cider vinegar would help a health issue that I have, Bragg was highly recommended to me by many people as the best organic vinegar available. The vinegar is of very good quality and I’m very happy with it. Apple cider vinegar has so many uses that it makes sense to buy it a gallon at a time. I definitely plan on reordering in the future since I couldn’t find Bragg in any stores in my area.

Product is wonderful but I found out that between the price of the product and the shipping I could get it less expensive locally.

For us, it don’t get no better than BRAGG’S for ACV, and Amazon offered the best price for a gallon of it that I could find anywhere… Thanks!

I had an “unsettled” stomach for several years. The ACV has totally helped me. I feel it is also helping my overall health.

My Dad swears by it and says he feels very energetic once he drinks it and that the puffiness under his eyes have diminished. I myself notice only a couple of days later how clear my skin looks and I know its cleaning my body. Its a must! The taste is not horrible at all..you can dilute it with as much water as you want..for foods it tastes amazing..this is good stuff…and apple a day keeps the doc away..THIS IS THE APPLE!

I was given a 16 ounce jar of this from a friend who suggested it for acid reflux. Take a good spoonful with honey or just straight. Cider vinegar will burn a bit as you swallow but, I was amazed that within 30 seconds my heartburn was gone. I have put my peptic ac and rolaids on the back shelf for now. Believe me, I have suffered for acid reflux for many years. This is the most amazing natural remedy I have ever used. Evidently, the cause for heartburn is often NOT ENOUGH acid in your stomach. Well, I guess that’s been my problem since the apple cider vinegar works every time!

I just bought this about a month ago. I’m only a 1/4th way through the bottle, and let me tell you what it has done for me thus far. I used to have gastro-intestinal problems a lot when I would eat many foods (especially dairy). Since I’ve been drinking just 2 to 3 tablespoons of this with water and a vitamin powder mix, I’ve not had anymore problems in my stomach. I would always get these sulphur / rotten egg burps, and I have not had one case of them since I started using this! This totally makes your stomach calm all throughout the day. If you have GERD, or any bowel problems you might want to give this a try. It has helped me tremendously! Don’t forget to drink at least 64 oz. (half gallon) of water per day as well. Water helps you so much!

Being pregnant I have had the worst heart burn. I have also tried everything on the market and nothing has even tamed the burning sensation. I asked my doctor about it and he said to try it since nothing he had prescribe worked. I have been taking my TBSP a day for almost 4 months now and it works! I can even tell the days I forget to take it because the heart burn is unbearable! I recommend it to everyone for heart burn. It is truly an amazing natural product!

Hi, I had read about the benefits of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar for years and finally decided to try some several days ago. After a few days of usage (and this could be coincidental, but unlikely), the psoriasis behind my ears and in my ears has gone away and the psoriasis on my scalp has virtually disappeared as well. I did use a small amount of topical cream on my forehead, but nowhere else. I have a fairly mild case, but this could be a breakthrough for combatting this skin disease I’ve lived with since I was a teenager. I am not sure if I can at this time say that apple cider vinegar helps with psoriasis, but it’s worth a try. My psoriasis continues to stay very “subdued” since I have been using the ACV, but I am also limiting my intake of yeast-containing and wheat products to see if this also contributes to psoriasis flare-ups. I have not wanted to take any drugs for my psoriatic arthritis and I have used any creams very sparingly often going for months without using anything. The other interesting thing about apple cider vinegar (called ACV) is that it doesn’t seem to upset my stomach as you would think it might when mixed with water and a little agave nectar or ground stevia leaf. I can even take it at night before bed. I usually mix a tablespoon in about a cup or more of water, add some natural sweetener and drink it down. It’s actually refreshing, and has a similar taste in my opinion to kombucha. I then rinse my mouth out with water as a precaution to prevent tooth enamel erosion. Today I mixed ACV with Bragg’s Liquid Aminos in some stirfry. It was tangy and tasty. Check out all the blogs about ACV and psoriasis among other things. There is a theory that people with psoriasis have too much alkalinity and ACV corrects that. If you don’t drink mass quantities, it can’t hurt you, and, who knows, it might “cure what ails ya”. Good Luck! I will follow with an update. Please note that you need to buy apple cider vinegar with the “mother” such as Bragg if you are going to ingest it – not inexpensive store shelf apple cider vinegar that you find in the condiments section. Bragg is very reasonably priced in larger quantities. Note: I just received my order from the Vitamin Shoppe, and vinegar in the large gallon plastic bottle somehow leaked out some in the cardboard box onto the enclosed brochures. I called Vitamin Shoppe and they are providing a replacement immediately.

Update: I used the apple cider vinegar, but after several days – and maybe it was because I was on the phone while I was eating very hot applesauce – my throat became raw and sore, so I decided to discontinue the cider vinegar for a few days not knowing if hot foods and liquids were the culprit or the addition of vinegar to my diet – always diluted and no more than a tablespoon in water 1 to 2 times per day. I will try the vinegar again soon, but I will be curious to know if anyone else experiences the same thing. I drink a lot of hot tea, but I have been cooling it down some.

because this stuff STINKS to high heaven! I started using acv because I had some sort of weird rash that looked like a heat rash or some other mess by both of my eyes. My pcp *** who didn’t know what the rash was either.. I know..time to change doctors*** gave me some *&*% steroid cream that made the rash go away but a week later it came back with a VENGENCE. I looked online and saw that a lot of people were talking about how brags was supposed to be good for rashes and everything else under the sun, so I decided to try it out.

At first I tried diluting it with some witch hazel , then I tried water and the 3rd time with some green tea because I was afraid using it by itself was going to burn the crap out of my sensitive skin. I didn’t see any results.

Then I just used the acv straight up. first testing a little at a time with a q tip and it STUNG the crap out of me and turned the rash red but no burn marks and the redness went away like 15 minutes later. Then I just started applying it to the rash with a cotton pad. I didn’t see any results until almost 2 weeks later. I thought it wasn’t going to help me and i was going to have to start back with the steroid cream because all the reviews I read about Braggs stated that results were seen immediately.

Ok I’m rambling….

Anyway Braggs got rid of the rash and I decided to continue using it as a toner. Good God this stuff stinks and you really smell the funk when you take a hot shower.

So ladies on the days you want some loving from your significant other… PLEASE don’t use Braggs lol

In our family we have been taking ACV for nausea for years. In America, I found this brand and I love that it’s raw, unfiltered, and completely real. I actually love the taste because I’ve been taking it since I was a little girl. Never drink it straight. I love putting a teaspoon into a cold glass of water and sipping it. The slightly sour taste is so pleasant and so settling for the stomach. It’s not hard to get used to. Regular ACV, non-organic and clear, is more sour-tasting than this and there are no fermented benefits or almost anything else left in it. Bragg’s is great because I can find it in my local grocery store and it’s not that expensive. A bottle lasts a long time for us. In short, I love taking a cold glass w/ a teaspoon on a hot summer day. It really helps with nausea, overeating, and indigestion.
