The beads are very easy to use. The instructions are clear and concise. However, you need to make sure that your cycles are within an certain time frame, as explained in the instruction booklet, and on their website, or you will not be able to use them.

I received the cycle beads in perfect condition, brand new. I am very satisfied with them. They are easy to use. Because of Cycle Beads I am off birth control pills. My sex life is so much better because I am 100% natural and drug free. I feel great and am “In the Mood” again because I am ovulating again. I think these beads are helpful for me. The beads could be cuter and better quality, but they server there purpose. Its really something I wish I had sooner, they are great.

I got the Cycle Beads about a month ago and I find them helpful. It seems there are a lot of fertile days in a woman’s month, at the same time I use protection through these days with my husband. This may not be ideal for someone that does not track their period on the calendar or has been on birth control and lacks remembering to take the pill, because you will end up pregnant.

I love the cycle beads. Yes you can keep track on a clendar but with a little one running around who likes to grab and destroy anything paper these are much better for me. I have been using them for 7 months and only them, for religous reasons I do not use any un-natural forms of birth control, and I have not become pregnant. If you follow the instructions and your cycle falls into the right number of days 26-32 they work wonderfully.

I’ve been using cycle beads for more than a year and they have worked great for me. After years of going off and on hormones I wanted to try a natural method. I did a lot of investigating and found that most natural methods require a lot of work. Cycle beads are really easy. They aren’t 100% effective but nothing is. According to the website they are as effective as condoms so I’m comfortable using it. Of course I may be different than some people in that if I did get pregnant it wouldn’t be the end of the world. I’d just prefer to wait for now.
