I bought this hoping it would do something to help my adult acne. I have very fair skin, so any pimple that comes along leaves a mark for at least two weeks that I have to cover up with makeup. I was amazed in that I saw a difference in my skin after about a week of using this product. My red marks were getting lighter and it was drying up new pimples very quickly. It also seems to reveal a nicer, brighter skin texture. The directions say 2-3 times a week, but I use it more like 4-5 times a week. It is a mask, so you leave it on for 5-10 minutes before washing it off. I have found that it is better to wash it off in the sink than during a shower. The shower seems to wipe out the product completely whereas the sink leaves enough of it on that it is still working throughout the day. Great product.

I wasn’t expecting it to work like magic and it didn’t, but it did make good on it’s word. It makes dark spots lighter and if you use it while a pimple is developing it not only shorten the life of the pimple but the pimple mark will be so light that in a matter of one-two weeks it will dissapear all together. This product is addictive…as soon as I feel a break out I use the mask and put the breakouts on hold. Also, the mask is so cooling, I love sitting back in my house and relaxing like I’m in a spa. The bottle is small and expesive (for my pockets) but its worth it, so on your day off, take care of your self and treat your self…make it worth the price.

I love this product. I first read about it in an article in the Oprah magazine on home facial peels, and this was one of their favorites. It does make dark spots lighter – though they won’t totally go away. I’ve been using this once a week for about six months, and my coplexion is brighter and more even for it. On top of getting rid of those pesky acne marks, it has also helped to fade a few of the sun-freckles that I had on my cheekbones. I’ve noticed fewer blemishes over all, as well. I’ve recommended this to several friends, who have all had luck, and I would recommend it to anyone else, as well. This is about as close to a miracle product as a person can get.

Okay so I’ve always had a few zits here and there but never left over scars or marks. Well About two years ago when I was 25 I started developing acne terrible, yes i became an adult and started getting teenage acne it was everywhere and the marks it left on my cheeks is just aweful. not pits, but a lot of red marks. I was at wits end, afraid to leave the house, so my mom suggested I give this mask a try. Well I have used this mask 3 times and although the marks are still there (it has only been a week!) the pimples are all dried up! I have no new pimples and my face is nearly clear of all acne. This stuff is amazing. I have very sensitive skin! and this stuff has not bothered me one bit! I will continue to use this stuff and update my comments down the line regarding the fading of the marks, but I must say I hope they make this stuff forever!!

I have been using this for about 3 or 4 weeks and I can see a difrence in my skin. It does helps with marks left on my face and it also helps existing pimples on my face as well. I use it at night and I swear when I get up in the morning whatever pimples on my face are smaller. I use it 2 times a week. Also after I wash it of my skin is really soft. It smells like Downy fabric softner which is kind of funny to me. Define recommendation.

I’ve been using the Neutrogena Acne Mark Fading Peel for about two to three weeks now, applying it every other two days. It hasn’t been that long, but I can see a difference in my complexion and the way my face feels. Many of the red scars have faded a bit and my face feels smoother, not to mention it helps heal some of my existing acne. I recommend this product, but please remember, results takes a little patience! =D

I’m 24 years old and last year began breaking out in terrible cystic ance. Imagine my surprise–I thought this kind of stuff happened during adolescence? Well, I tried so many different products and this is the only one that I continue to use. I didn’t realize it at first, but not only does the peel help with my acne scars, it really does help prevent breakouts. My skin is not very sensitive so I am able to use it every night after I wash and dry my face. Acne and acne scarring is an embarassing condition to have to go through, but with a little patience and the right product you’ll be able to clear your skin up too. Don’t give up, the right product is out there for you! Good luck! :)

I use this about 2x a week. I love how soft it makes my skin feel and I do notice fading of some acne scars after 1 month of use. To me, it’s a hidden gem b/c it gets my face softer and smoother than some scrubs or even facials I’ve gotten… at $9 for 2 months of use, you can’t beat that deal!!! ;)

This product is great, it really helps with the red marks. I use it once a week, I think twice is too harsh for me. Each time I leave it on a little longer, and I see the redness fade over time.

I haven’t even been using this for a week yet and already there is a noticeable difference with my existing acne scars. They’re not completely gone, but have definitely faded. My fiance also commented on how soft my face was after I used it. The smell is strong, very “medicine” smelling, but once the product is rinsed off the smell is gone. I will absolutely buy again and continue to use regularly!

I love this stuff. Yes, it is stinky, but I got used to it. I use it every 2-3 days, and while it doesn’t completely get rid of the marks, I haven’t broken out the entire time I’ve been using it, and that is in almost 8 years of having constant, painful cystic acne on my chin, which didn’t start until my 30s. This works better than even all the stuff that I was given by the dermatologist. After I use it, I put on Avon Triple Lifting Day Cream, and I just glow. My skin hasn’t looked this good since I was a kid.

This product is great. I bought it just after alot of scar fading treatments came out on the market. When used 3 times a week I noticed that the scars from my acne had faded considerably and much more than they would have before without the treatment. I haven’t used it recently because the store I use to buy from stopped carrying it, and was relived to find it again online!

This works great on normal to oily skin. I do not know about dryer skin types though.

I have had to explain to people before though that it is not ment to remove acne – just the scars caused from it. So if you are looking for a treatment to get rid of acne this is not it. However I would strongly suggest using it with a actual acne removal treatment!

I used this product, and also Neutrogena’s newer but similar ‘Ageless Intensives Tone Correcting Enzyme Peel’. These products both have a slight grainy texture, but the Ageless Intensives has a slightly better smell and finer grain. You smooth it on, wait ten minutes, massage, and rinse off. Within ten days, my brown and/or red acne scars and sun damage were so much improved!! I had been using a heavy-duty concealer to cover the marks, then a foundation to blend all that concealer, giving my face a dull, ‘masky’, made-up look I hated. (Altho I hated the acne marks more!) After less than 2 weeks of use, I am back to just a tinted moisturizer to even out my tone, and I can tell that in another week or two I won’t even need that. My skin clarity, fine lines, and pore size all improved too. I have tried many more expensive products and always come back to this. LOVE IT.
