they taste excellent, i always have them as breakfast, easy to use, fast to prepare, take less than 30 sec to finish, and they are healthy. GREAT for breakfast if you’re in the hurry.

It’s the perfect solution to loosing weight quicklly. After the first week I don’t even miss solid food and enjoy the one meal a day with relish. Food tastes better when you don’t eat so much of it. The results are so fast that it’s encouraging to continue. I love Slim-Fast.

I’ve been using it just about every morning for the past several years. It’s a fast, out-the-door morning starter and otherwise I might have nothing for breakfast. I use 2% milk and add an ice cube into the blender to make it frothy and light (adds to the taste somehow). If I happen to have a piece of fruit handy, I throw it in too. I find Chocolate Royale more flavorful than the Milk Chocolate flavor. With all the vitimins, I feel like I’m taking good care of myself.

I have been using these shakes for years. Some posters do not like the fact that they have sugar. Frankly, I beleive that anything in moderation is ok and alittle sugar in the shakes does not change the fact that they are good, filling and satisfying for about 200 calories. I try and stay away from lots of artificial sweetners and this does have some splenda. I always blend it in the blender with about 6-8 oz. of skim milk, ice cubes and sometimes a little coffee. If you whip it enough you have a huge shake that is similar to a frappacino from Starbucks or a milkshake. Very satisfying and refreshing.

I use the Slim-Fast Optima chocolate royale and milk chocolate flavors to make ice-cold smoothies — 1 c. skim milk, SF powder, a lot of crushed ice — process in a smoothie maker or blender. The shakes help me get milk into my diet, satisfy my sweet tooth, get some protein, and resist high-calorie, high-fat ice cream treats. The flavor is great, and when prepared this way, the shake is thick and cold. I keep this product on-hand all the time.

The Slim Fast Optima is amazing and definitely gives you the protein and nutrients needed. For me it definitely does what it says and curbs my hunger for about 4 hours. I had been using them in the cans and found it a little pricey and bulky to store. I use them for breakfast and lunch and they work great.
This powder mix is a great deal. 14 shakes can be made from each canister and you get 3 canisters here. What a great deal. Also, you have many different options on how to make the shakes. You can just stir the powder with nonfat milk. This will do the trick but it feels like you are drinking just a small amount. The carton comes with directions on how to make thicker shakes with milk, ice and a blender plus recipes to add fruit for a tasty treat. Following these options I think they are much better than the cans. More flexibility.
Also it is very important that you have to want to loose weight. You need to make sure you eat adequate meals along with the shakes and that you eat healty. Be aware of how you are eating and the addition of the Slim Fast Optima shakes will certainly help you reach your goal and loose weight while living healthy. I find that by having them replace 2 meals each day when I do eat my stomach is smaller and I don’t want to eat portions as big as I used to.

Overall, these are good shakes for protein. That is mainly what I use them for, and not really as part of my diet routine. I don’t eat breakfast, so I guess you could say I have these in the morning instead because it is good for you and isn’t cookies or other junkfood at the office.
I’d like to point out that Sams Club has this for cheaper. Although it seems like you are getting a good deal, let’s do the math.
1 can from amazon, costs 8.99 (26.97 divided by 3 is 8.99 per can, alright) for one 12.83-oz can, which equals 0.70 per ounce.
1 can from Sams Club, costs 13.48, and is a 31.18-oz can, which equals 0.43 per ounce.
So, if you want to buy three, it’s cheaper elsewhere.

This slim fast powder is really good. I use light vanilla soymilk and this and it adds extra protein and body without the calories. Soymilk adds a silky and creamy consistency. This is surprisingly filling too. I can eat a lot but this does the job. I highly recommend this powder + Silk Vanilla Light Soymilk.

Having a daily Slimfast shake in addition to small meals and NO snacking has helped me lose 16 lb in 45 days. My shake consists of the powder, sweet n low to taste, cinnamon and a taste of instant coffee. I add 16 oz of skim milk and two handfuls of ice. Mix to a smoothie and you’ll have a rib filling 32 oz shake for under 300 calories. Don’t forget to exercise daily!

The Chocolate Royale flavor is fantastic. It tastes like a melted chocolate shake! ;0) I mix it with Soy Milk. It’s rich and smooth. I use a hand mixer since trying to mix it with just a spoon produces quite a bit of lumpy mix.

I was 150lbs when i started using this product. I lost down to 135 lbs but due to depression and other things i have gained 5 lbs back. However, the results are not fast but it is a healthier alternative to loosing weight. This product does not destroy your metabolism or anything.

i use organic fat free milk, put in about 1 1/2 to 2 inches of milk. this makes the shake much thicker and keeps me full longer, and it’s almost like having chocolate pudding!

I noticed Amazon does this with a lot of products. You notice it when the reviewer uses the name of the product he/she is reviewing.
Suddenly you realize you are reading a review on a model or product that is not the one you are wanting to read about to buy.
Amazon is really bad about combining all reviews on all Cannon Cameras or all other same brand name electronics under the title you are interested in and the some of the reviews are about more expensive or better models. VERY CONFUSING as well as MISLEADING if you do not catch it.
You end up having high expectations about the product you buy and get a big surprise/disappointment when it arrives.

But with due diligence and Googling, combined with Amazons great prices and free shipping offer – you can get what you want cheap.

I have deducted from Googling, that the Optima Plan Shakes are much more satisfying and stave off hunger longer than the 3-2-1 Plan Shakes.
I just bought 2 – 3 packs of the 3-2-1 Plan shakes and I expect them to be good and do what they are supposed to do. The rest will be up to me. Can’t wait!
